I am confused
Ok, now I am not *****ing about it but I don't understand how I have been losing as much weight as I have been in the past month. Since Nov 2nd I'm down 25 lbs. I only lost about 10 lbs in the whole month of October.
My exercise has been about the same. It seems like I have actually been eating more then what I used to. Maybe I have boosted my metabolism up. I used to be very strict about eating 500-700 cals a day. Lately I think I've been averaging 900-1200 cals a day. Maybe I just needed a change. I think I will have to make a new goal for myself though. Maybe its just excess skin but when I look at my gut I see more then 20lbs left to lose. I'm thinking maybe I should shoot for 205. I have realized that I don't have as big of a bone structure as I thought I did. I'm 6;4" wear a size 36 pants now, a size L-XL tshirt/polo, 16 dress shirt, its been a wierd and wild 8 and a half months.

500 calories is nowhere near enough for a 6'4" male.

MY STORY: imthebiggestloser.blogspot.com/
Your extreme low calorie diet is considered a starvation diet and your body tries not to let you lose weight at that point because of a natural resistance to starvation. 1,200 to 1,600 cal should work well for continuing weight loss. After not losing weigh for year, I went on a food addict's diet and lost 50 lbs between Jan and May by staying between 1,600 and 1,800 cal per day ( 4 years post-op).
