100 LOST FOREVER
Saturday will be 4 months since Lap RNY. I am down 101 #'s today. I am so glad I made this decision , but only wi**** would have been years ago. I don't post much , but thank everyone for their input. It has helped just reading what you guys have to say.
No longer about weight , it's all about living.
Your doing great!! Men lose it so much faster than women...It drives them nuts... Many of us old timers have to laugh when we see those words "lost forever". You are in the honeymoon period of your WLS. Between 6-12 months this period ends for most people...Then the real work begins. You'll see some of it come Christmas time...at the parties. Or as you test different foods and find out you don't dump on them...(sugar or the carb monster). The pounds may start to creep back. You were addicted to food last year...Almost like AA...Alway be careful of what is in the house and what choices are around you. Enjoy the ride of your life. Brian
100 lbs is fantastic. Keep up the good work day by day. Be conscientious and you'll be fine.
