returning to work Monday

Randy and I saw the surgeon on Thursday. He said everything looks good. He is happy with the weight loss we have had. Both our blood presures were good. We rode our bicycles 2 miles Tuesday this week. So he said I was good to go back to work. Randy is retired, so he dont get to go back to work, hehe.

Cool cool cool. Plan ahead for meals and and protein shakes. Carry different stuff in your car (protein shakes, water, vitamins). Plan escape routes in case you dump at work. The food at work is not your friend...esp holidays and birthday food. The foamies can occur even at work...enjoy the ride...
