6 months out today
Well today made 6 months. I am 80 lbs lighter and feel great. I was hoping to be at my goal but i still have about 20 lbs to go. I know I will get there. It wasn't the easiest at first but once I learned what I could and could not do it became very easy.
I started at 340 and now I'm 260. I was in a 44 waist now a 38/40 (depending on the jeans) and from a 3XL to a XL....luckly I'm 6'2"...so I don't have it too bad.
Glad to see everyone is still going good.
Congratulations on your progress. I am only six weeks out. I am also six foot two and would be happy to be at 260 lbs six months out.
