Hypocrisy and backbiting via PM seem to be the source of a lot of PM's. The best thing to do is keep all mention of other members out of PM's. If you really don't like someone, fire up the ignore function right away. If you have something good to say about someone, that's great material for the open forum.

There are a lot of keyboard warriors out there playing psychological power games and intent on fowling everything that's sacred on forums. I've seen it on just about every forum I've been to. It's a pretty big movement: The only solution is no mention of other members in PM's and no insults on the open forum.
