Bless em' all. The other day in the grocery line, a gentelman had a hat indicating that he served in the army during the Battle of the Bulge I shook his hand and thanked him. But everyone who serves in the miltary deserves our thanks.

My dad served as a first lieutenant and air base photographer in the Army Air Corp in World War II in the China Burma India theater. He died 40 years later from asbestos he inhaled at a navy base, during a 6 week stint as a carpenter - before he went into the Army Air Corp.
My only comment about the military is that we as citizens can and should criticize policy when it is bad policy (e.g the Iraq war, in my opinion). We can disagree with politics and policy, and still support our soldiers.
