Whatever
Some woman on this site are insane, or probably just plane mean. They don't respect anyone's post or opinions except there own and will stop at nothing to bully you out of ever posting on OH. I not sure if they hate the military or what but I have been catching all kind of rude comebacks and PM from these people. I can't make a single post on the main page without some kind of comeback or threat or just hateful comments. Go figure they all want to keep me and everyone in pain, they feed off others misery.

I have been having quite an exchange in rants and raves after a group of women went into the general forum to run off a young lady by insulting her. I find this behavior to be despicable. All I can think of is that some women who lose weight and, then discover that others still don't walk at their feet, can't deal with it and have to take their disappointment out somewhere. There are probably guys who are disappointed that all their problems are not cured by weight loss, but our outlets for this frustration must be different. It is kind of sad that their lives are so empty that they have to exhibit such hate.
I am sure that some of these women have been cast aside by men in their lives and that obesity played a role. (I am speaking in general here, not necessarily the group that I lectured sternly.) Often these are people cast out of the roles in society that they wished they could have belong to. Being successful in a career, and being in the military is a successful career with income, you represent something they covet. It is the ultimate form of jealousy. Consider the insulting comment as an affirmation of your success and their miserable failures.

Just a side question Tony. Where did you serve and when did you retire? The last member of my family, of my generation, still in the service is a now LT. Col. in The Air Force at Selfridge AFB here in MI. Sadly but because there are no other members of the family in the service I had become inactive as a MARS operator after the first Gulf War. Resent event are drawing me to tune back up my old and aging transmitters and to 're-up' (re-volenteer) to the MARS Program, but I don't know if MARS is still a needed service anymore.

I retired 1 Oct 07. I was a (293) Tactical Ground Radio Operator, then (493 SCI 677) Space/Sat Operator, then ROMAD/TACP (1C7), then in 1996 I retrain again into (3S2) Education and Training, and that carried me to retirement. First duty station was Clark AB RP, Warner Robins AFB GA, Peterson AFB CO, Ladges AB Azores, Andrews AFB MD, Moody AFB GA, Holloman AFB NM, then last Goodfellow AFB TX. I also deployed down range in Dec 01 to Manas AB in Kyrgyzstan. Now I work for DAF as a GS an still serving.
MARS is no longer needed and has been dead for some time, sorry. But the internet and cell phones put an end to that.

You are completely and totally wrong in your assertion that the women with more than 1 year here are insane. The truth is that all the women here are insane. Thank god for the men's forum.

I think I know the rude womens problem. They did not realize that WLS takes away the fat but leaves the ugly!!!!!!! By the way, I only served 4 years active Navy as a Master at Arms then I served 4 years National Guard as a Forward Observer. So no matter what they say thank you for your long service to our country. It saddens me that people still treat service members badly. If they only knew that when I was a E-4 when I got out of the Navy and I made less then $12000 a year and maybe not myself but someone in combat making that and risking their life so some Nasty person has the right to be rude with the use of their freedoms they have. Again thank you for your long service and good on you for praying for them. Leave it to me to insult them
