I have all the stuff to mix it with at work, but the stuff doesn't mix worth a damn.
LIke I said I have tried spoons, shaker bottles and blenders.  None of them mix the EAS stuff worth a damn.

There are always clumps left.  Making it isn't an issue, making it smoothe and palitable is.

I first bought Isopure Zero Carb powder and liked it. Then I bought EAS powder because it was cheaper. YUK.  I'm going back to Isopure.

I just did a review of some stuff from True Protein for my website...

http://formerfatdudes.com/2009/10/stuff-we-like-true-protein/

I've been very happy with it, and the Whey Isolate seems to be good stuff for bariatric types.

I've never tried, but have heard good things about unjury.

Before True Protein, I was using Champion, the low carb vanilla. I like using the True Protein unflavored/unsweetened and doing whatever I want with it.

Typically it involves soy milk and frozen fruit, sometimes some splenda or SF flavored syrups. Tho SF Quik and a dollop of peanut butter is good too.

To test the flavorlessness of it, I mixed a spoonful in a 1/2 glass of water and it stirred in fine with no clumping, had a very slight milk taste, but very mild.

Bought the magic bullet last night.  It works great.  That little blender has some power, it pulverizes Ice and I haven't had any clumping issues with it.  Only had 2 shakes so far, but it seems to be much better than the shaker bottle or the regular blender.

Thanks

Try the body fortress protein shakes from walmart. CHEAP and mix very smooth in a little shaker cup.

I use the shaker cups from GNC (they are small plastic cups with a rounded lid and cost about 2 dollars) and easy to transport.
