liquid diet

Start my 10 day liquid diet tomorrow. Only 10 more days until surgery. Hard to believe.

I know how you feel. My surgery is this coming Wed. My partner and I started our liquid diet this past Sunday. So far it has not been hard for us. We have been keeping ourselves busy. For me anytime I start to think about solid food, I think about the goal of having the surgery, and that stops it.

Good luck. Drink lots of liquids. It will help you keep alert.
