Staple removal

Well I had my staples removed the nurse said all is well I am progressing with great speed she said my recovery is very good at this point.I have follwed the Dr's orders.I have no problems or regrets since the day of surgery all is good.I have lost almost 20lbs since Oct 1st when we did the preop.The V8 juice twice a day 8oz servings makes everything better.

It's been so long that I forgot about the V8 juice. I had at least 1 can every day my first year to get my veggies in.

Way to go, keep that smile on your face.
