Q for old timers

Does old "NotDave" from Japan come around here anymore? He's a year or so ahead of me and he used to amaze me with his physical training regimen. Now that I've lost enough weight to kind of start working out a little bit, I'd like to visit with him and share his perspective. If y'all see him on here, ask him to IM me please.

Not many of us post op have "six pack abs" like he does. I still remember him sharing that he purees his chicken salad everyday for better absorption!!

He was here not so long ago. I spoke with him. He said he spends most of his free time on the possie board ( not sure on that spelling of possie )
