Man Boob Pain?

I'm 13 days post op. When I got up this morning.. I felt a pinching sensation in the skin over my pectorals... between my nipples and armpits.  I only feel it sometimes when I stand up. It doesnt feel like it's inside my chest.. Just the skin. almost feels like a hernia. Has anyone felt anything similar post op?

Sounds like it could still be residual gas pains in that area.  I also had those almost 2 weeks out.  Hopefully soon it will reside, if not you may want to f/u with your doctor to make sure it isn't something else.  Best of luck:)

We post-ops sometimes experinece temporary (fortunately) neuralgia-like symptoms on parts of our body in the few weeks after surgery.  This is sometimes due to the extended period of time that certain parts of our anatomy underwent pressure from our weight on the hard metal OR table.      I don't know if that could be causing your pain, as it is on the chest and that should be one area that didn't receive such pressure (unless they put you on your stomach for some reason) ..  but maybe the pain is actually "referred"  from nerves located  in your backside and is being felt in that area due to pressure on your shoulder blades from laying  on your back during the procedure.   Just a thought ..    

Thanks guys. The "pinching" sensation isint around my heart.  It is on the breast tissue and i only feel it just before I stand nearly erect.  Then it goes away.
