I liked Cabin111's milk question, so I thought I would continue that line with a question about everyone's vitamin and supplement regimen each day.  Mine is:

Morming - 2500mg B-12, 500mg Vit. C, 3 Celebrate gelcap multi-vitamins, B-50 gelcap, 325mg Ferrou Sulfate, 325 mg Ferrous gluconate, and 87mg asprin

midmorning - 3 Citrical Petites (600mg), and 4000 IU Dry D3

Mid Afternoon - 3 Citrical Petites (600mg), and 4000 IU Dry D3

Night - 500mg Vit. C, B-50 gelcap, 325mg Ferrou Sulfate, 325 mg Ferrous gluconate, and 2 grams L-arginine and L-orthinine.

That's what I swallow each day, how does you regimen look?

My surgeon is recomending after surgey:
milti vit with iron daily
B12 weekly
Calcium with D 3 times a day.

Are yall taking what your doc suggested as he normally recomends, or has he upped yalls dosages based on blood work? Just wondering if my doc is under shooting all the vitiamins.

well your doctors regime is insufficient. You'll be deficient and losing bone mass within a year.

You need an iron suppliment separate from a multi
then you need a multi, a b complex that has at least 100 mg of B1
a Daily sublingual b12
and at least 2000 mg of calcium with some extra Dry D.

Go to vitalady.com and get her basic list for RNYers you'll do yourself a favor and save yourself some time of fixing your labs.

 Don't ask ..   I think I'm up to close to 40 pills a day now ..

Oh the price we pay for all this "malabsorption" ..
