Malabsorbstion?
In more extreme cases, they can "by pass" more of the small intestine... I forget up to how much.. but am thinking up to 5 ft, which ups the level of malabsorption.
This is only done in very extreme cases.. a woman I know who started at over 450# had pretty close to the max as far as amount by-passed.

When I first scanned down the list of topics, I thought this title was "Masturbation". I was thinking, "Jesus......take it to the sex after wls board wouldja?". But I see it's malabsorption, and I'll concur with others, RNY definitely helps you lose through malabsorption. Definitely.
