wow, almost there

 Well,  The last night before my surgery..   just finished drinking the Mira-lax.  good stuff..  welp,  have to be at the hosp at 5 dont even think I will be able to sleep tonight..  any one got any last minute pointers or advice??

Just relax and realize that you will soon be on the right side of the fence.  Your long battle with obesity will soon be a lot easier.  Yes you will be sore for a few weeks but it is well worth it.  I didn't sleep the night before my surgery but that is alright, with all the drugs they are going to give you, you will get plenty of sleep over the next couple of days.

Welcome to the losers bench!

I know it's easy to say, but just relax and before you know it, it'll be over with and you'll be with us on the loser's bench!!

The first 10 days are the toughest. Just keep telling yourself that tomorrow will be better than today. For the most part you'll be correct.

And if they catherize you, demand a young hot nurse for when they pull it out.
