Saturday's FART

Well this morning I worked with my running trainer and ran 4 miles in 45 minutes!!!!! I also registered for my first race-4 miles next saturday which also happens to be my 49th birthday. Running that 4 mile race will be the best gift I have ever given myself.

Outstanding. Wish you luck. I kinda wish I could run. I tried and ended up on crutches. Bad knees dont go away. They just get expensives treatments and replacement parts.
