I've been at 243 for two weeks now. I've shifted up my excercise hoping to get off this plateau if this is what it is.

Worked all day Sunday and forgot all about this weigh in business.

Gained a lb last week, up to 270. Got ****y with the food and drink. Three Bud Lights sure did make me sleep good Saturday night though.
The free man owns himself. He can damage himself with either eating or drinking....... If he does he is certainly a damn fool, and he might possibly be a damned soul; but if he may not, he is not a free man any more than a dog.
