cereal?

For me at 4.5 months out, the Kashi Go-Lean are the only major source of carbs I eat at this point, other than some veggies - but I don't do it every day, and I accept it because of the very high protein content of the cereal.  Yeah, there are some sugar carbs in protein bars, fruit, etc., but I'm not doing breads, pastas, rice and only very rarely (once or twice a month) a baked or mashed potato for variety.

I eat Kashi Go Lean cerial every day to help keep me regular (anytime I feel out of sorts a bow, helps).  With milk a serving has 22 grams of protien to start the day off right.

I loved cereal before WLS, have tried it a few times after and got sick as a dog.  Can't tolerate the milk and carbs together I guess.  Oddly enough, cereal is just about the ONLY thing I can't eat.
