cereal?
For me at 4.5 months out, the Kashi Go-Lean are the only major source of carbs I eat at this point, other than some veggies - but I don't do it every day, and I accept it because of the very high protein content of the cereal. Yeah, there are some sugar carbs in protein bars, fruit, etc., but I'm not doing breads, pastas, rice and only very rarely (once or twice a month) a baked or mashed potato for variety.
