New FARTS

1) I am officially down 102 pounds
2) I don't have to sit in the Fta chairs at the doctors office.
3) I was able to take my daughter to the Bengals vs. Broncos game because I now fit in the stadum seats. ( we got to see the Bengals snatch defeat from the jaws of victory)
4) I won 30 bucks in golf off of my skinny friends.
5) I will be walking in my first 5k on Oct 3. There is a link below if any want to sponsor me, the walk is to help find cures to blindness.

I still have a long way to go but things are looking good!!! ( If going from apple shape to pear shape looks good.

Rock on!  That is awesome!  Oh to be 100 pounds lighter and able to sit in non fat and stadium seats.   Soon enough.

It is even better when you and another person can share one of those chairs.  Have had the same NSV with both ex-wife and present GF.
