Roux Limb Length

To the RNY'ers...

At any time during your consult(s) with your surgeon did they discuss the length your roux limb would be, and why?

I have read it can vary between 50-150cm, with 150cm providing maximum weight loss versus malabsorbtion of vitaimin and minerals.  My pre-op is in two weeks and this "topic" has yet to be discussed.

just talked to my Dr. and as I am a 50+ (and then some) he is going 150 cm with me.
