What's crazy is I'm carrying a case of water (about 25 lbs) from the car in to the house the other day and it is definitely cramping my style. And I'm thinking to myself, "How the **** did I used to carry 8 of these around with me all day every day?" I don't miss that workload at all.
The free man owns himself. He can damage himself with either eating or drinking....... If he does he is certainly a damn fool, and he might possibly be a damned soul; but if he may not, he is not a free man any more than a dog.

Great job nothing feels as good as looooossssing that weight!

I have a water softener and have to pack those 50# sacks of salt down to the basement about every three mo. That gives me a good idea of how much weight I was packing around. ( I lost 125 LBS)
Good health and best wishes

nice one... i picked up dumbells @ the gym the other day equivalent to the weight i have lost, it was really tough just to walk 20 feet with them, it is really amazing what a difference the loss makes.  congrats on the milestone!
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

Way cool.  A couple of years ago we had a guy here on the Men's Forum who was a long haul trucker...Had RNY.  Soon he made a harness for the back of his rig-cab to strap on his bicycle.  At the end of the day he would ride for his exercise!!  Keep it in the back of your mind.

lol someone asked me last night for ideas of attaching a bike to his truck.. I suggested making a carrier under the trailer or strapping it to the back of the cab..

other option is gettin a folding bke and tuck it under his bed,,
