My wife and I are off to Bozeman Montana!!

Long trip.  Going to see my daughter who is at Montana State.  She is in the dorms so we want to see the campus and bring up a lot of her junk...shoes, bike, extra food, ect.  She hates California and loves that state...I don't blame her.  Don't know how much she will love the long winter.  Well I may not be on here for awhile...but I'll be reading the posts...Later,  Brian

Have a good time and a safe trip!  California and Montana are both great!  I really miss living in the bay area of Northern California.

I have never been to either of those states. From what I hear about Montana it would be wonderful.  However, I would hate the long winters.  I have enough problems with it living in Indiana.

Brian have a good safe trip and ooo the winters are a tuffy. I'm in Ut and there bad enough here for a x Calif kid. It took me a while to adjust to them , but now there not so bad. I do like to changes of the seasons , and you do get all four of them here in northern Utah .

Have a great trip! My son went to Bozeman for his under grad degree, he is now finishing up his Masters at Oxford, as a Rhodes scholarship wnner! Bozeman is a great school and a great town. Try Famous Daves for the ribs while you are there. As fo the winters at least she is down in the south part of the state, my wife is from Big Sandy, up near the Canadian border and that place got cold. Monatana id beautiful, but any place you have to plug your car in during the winter to keep it from freezing is too cold for me to live.

Hey...I'm Back.  Long trip to say the least!!  I ate at Famous Dave's...No wonder I got up to 300 pounds.  They have 2 seasons in Montana...Winter and Road Work.  My daughter is fine.  We are tired but hope to be back to normal in a day or two.  Brian  PS  Next time we fly!!
