Actually.. I start the pre-op Slim Fast regimen on Monday, Labor Day. Yes, I am having Lap RNY. They haven't pushed the narcotic yet. I have more appointments the week before surgery.

I had problems with constipation also. I am almost 5 months out. I tried colace and it didn't help. Now I use benefiber. I buy the flavored packets that you pour into a bottle of water. I drink one a day and haven't had a problem since.
