I farted
Same thing with me, Duane. I just came off of a ten-day stall, but in that time when the scales didn't move, 44 slacks became more comfy (46s became baggy and I can even do one pair of 42 jeans) and I went from 17 to 16-1/2 shirts. Go figure. Would that I would be at about a 40 waist by now (227 on the scales), but when I lost weight seven years ago and got down to 218, 42 was my smallest waist size. So I figure that for me, I'm on course.
Problem is, now I have to start buying clothes - I've run out of sizes from that last weight loss.
