GOUT HAS RETURNED

this is the second time since having the surgery. This time it landed in the left foot heel. Painful enough for crocs and socks. On Allapurinol and not cutting it as it did before. So have upped my liquids so the peeing will begin

On the bright side.......upping your liquids is a good thing.  Hang is there.

Gout is my #1 post surgery complaint, pretty much my only complaint but its a ***** I'm also on Allopurinol with mediocre results. I still wake up at 4am with intense pain about once every month or 2. Still, a little gout pain is a fair trade for having lost close to 250!

Yesterday morning driving to work my heel ached badly. This morning now sort of sore but not like in the past week. 250!???yea i guess that is a fair trade but bad one...Way to go! i have been wearing my crocs and the softning of the soles help it.
