Today I Start

today I turned 42 , tommorow i start my pre-op diet. 10 days I have my surgery . 

I am ready !!   thanks for all the information guys

Go for it!  I got into some 42" jeans today rather than 44s, so I'm doin' my part to make room on the loser's bench for you!  Keep us posted.

Happy Birthday and good luck on the pre op diet.  The first few days are rough.

I went on a bike ride with about a dozen other guys from work,  We road along the Mississippi river and then stopped off at Fast Eddies Bon Aire , home of the dam fast eddie burger ,  I made it out with just a tea decaf no sweet. 

Came home and a cup of bullion  ,  it was rough  .  

what are some other fillers you guys made it through on the liquid diet...

you should also be drinking some kind of whey protein or meal replacement shake. 3-5 times a day

Chicken stock/broth, lol i had about 4 quarts a day
Egg drop soup thinned out with some of the chicken stock
SF Popsicles
SF Jello pudding
Crystal lite
water

Sugar free popsicles, SF Jello, and Carnation Instant breakfast (No Sugar Added).
Hang in there - you'll make it.

Yeah and am taking the Protien shakes the Whey stuff you get from GNC. I think I can hanlde this
