It's been a rolercoaster some times I stall and before I realize BAM ! another 10 lbs are gone ! I'm a just Keep on truckin down here in Houston and the 98% humidity helps you sweat your ass off just walking out side ! I'm down from 6x to 3x in shirts now I can wear modern close instead of just solid plain t-shirts..... I would like some suggestions for some good snacks !

I live in FL so fruit down here is pretty cheap, I've been making EAS protein shakes with bananas, strawberries, mango, pinnapple, apple...just to mix it up, its a great way to make sure I get my protein in for the day. The other thing that is great is Beef Jerkey. Yes it is high in sodium but it is also very high in protein. Plus it is constant chewing to break it apart. The habit from chewing is what keeps me from eating too much, that and my pouch.
Keep up the great work dude. I'm down 130lbs over all and 100lbs down since surgery 6 months ago on Sep 5th. So I know exactly what you are going through. I'm down to a 2x shirt from a 3x-4x and down to a 38 pants from a 48 pants. Its a great thing to be able to walk into the mall and buy something off the rack. The humidity down here does great too. I was at softball practice on Sunday for 4 hours and lost 4 lbs, only gained back 2 of them after I got hydrated again.

I'll just rattle off the ideas. Wendy's Chili, plain nuts...walnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, dry roasted peanuts, ect, roasted soy nuts, beef jerkey, protein bar, raisins, slices of bananas, oranges, or apples, plain carrots, yogurt, spinach leafs, tomatoes. Some of the above that can keep...I keep in the car in case I am stuck in the middle of nowhere without the right food. Also I keep a can of vegetable beef soup in my car. I change it out every six months or so. It is just a security blanket for me...if I'm stuck. Brian
