A BIG WOW THIS PAST SATURDAY

went to my dr for the monthly B 12 shot and per their scales i have now hit 60 lbs and under 240 lbs for the first time since birth! ha   and the clothes this past weekend i noticed are getting AGAIN more loose on me....i put a shirt on that i always loved to wear yesterday for Church AND i looked like i could go camping in it....a BIG WOW!  Saturday night i tried eating again a baked potatoe as week before i did and no probs BUT this time around i got deathly sick and worshipped at the porcelein for awhile that evening.....dont know where that came from!

 I bet you ate the baked potato too fast.  Plus, if it's dry then it's harder to get and keep down.  Congrats. on the F.A.R.T.

i know i probably did just that! i was just telling Jamie how great you  and wife were looking in person since i first met you in spring at supports. I ate only half of it without the jacket and i thought it was at first the butter...but think as you said i went too fast...see you Wednesday?

 We will be there on Wednesday.  I guess Sandy won't be there.  If I remember correctly I think that there will be a Nutritionist from St. V's and a Nurse?

was yea! i forgot that Sandy would be gone and i couldnt remember what the program was to be about.

 It will be good to have the Nut. there.....I pitty that person.  I can't imagine facing a room full of WLS patients (pre and post) and trying to answer their questions.  It will be a good meeting.  I'm looking forward to it.

im sure too! i am sooooooooooo looking forward to the next stage this weekend of no more purreeeeeeeeeed foods.....im ready to graduate! ha 

 It is such a good change.  That first stage really sucks.
