Yet Another Reason To Lose Weight

Obese People Have 'Severe Brain Degeneration'

That was a headline on my Yahoo News page just a few minutes ago.
I was to lazy to post the entiire story but it talks about how an obese persons brain looks 16 yers older that a normal weight person and how much more likely obese people are to have brain type diseases.
Guess there are just to many down sides to being overweight.

WOW no wonder I feel like a dumb ass most of the time.LOL
Even though I am normal weight for my hight I still feel like a dumb ass .
I quess its toooo late for me, theres no hope .LOL
