I have one that I wear every time I run, since I usually run alone. I have my home # and wifes cell #. I put my surgey and no ng tube w/o scope. That is what my doc suggests.

I have 2 of them.  They are great.  I never ride my bike without wearing one.  Great company with great customer service.
