Latest F.A.R.T.
1. I'm 4 months post-op today.
2. I weighed 282lbs this morning, my highest was 399lbs. I've lost 117lbs.
3. I'm wearing size 44 pants, down from size 56/58.
4. My shirts are now just an XL. I was wearing 4X-5X.
5. I'm now doing a mix of running and walking when I do cardio. I'm going to do my first half- marathon in November.
6. My blood pressure is now normal.
7. I'm lifting weights regularly and my strength is starting to come back.
Thanks to the vets. for all of their advice and help. Goodluck to the newbies with their WLS journey.

awesome, man. my surgery is tomorrow and it's great to see someone working their WLS and getting results.
Our specifics (starting weight, surgery type, etc.) are irrelevant ... what matters is that we are becoming new men, better men. Men whose lives are no longer dominated by food. Men who can live more, do more, and score as much red-hot monogamous lovin' as possible.
