  2. I weighed 282lbs this morning, my highest was 399lbs. I've lost 117lbs.
  3. I'm wearing size 44 pants, down from size 56/58.
  4. My shirts are now just an XL.  I was wearing 4X-5X.

Thanks to the vets. for all of their advice and help.  Goodluck to the newbies with their WLS              journey.

awesome, man.  my surgery is tomorrow and it's great to see someone working their WLS and getting results.

Our specifics (starting weight, surgery type, etc.) are irrelevant ... what matters is that we are becoming new men, better men.  Men whose lives are no longer dominated by food.  Men who can live more, do more, and score as much red-hot monogamous lovin' as possible.

I had a body fat analysis done in a Bod Pod a couple of weeks ago.  They said that I was at 42% and to be at 25% I should be at 236lbs.  I'm still thinking that I'd like to be in the 220lbs area so I guess I want to lose about another 60 or 65 pounds.
