Tuesday Coffee Talk

Good Tuesday morning everyone!  Time to rise and shine!  Today is going to be the best day of your life!  Mine too!  I can just feel it.  Something good is about to happen!

Our challenge for today is to tell your loved ones how much you love them and appreciate them.  Not only tell them, but show them.  Too often, we take each other for granted, knowing that our loved ones are there and that they know we love them.  Sometimes, they need to hear how much we love them and appreciate them.  Show them!  Tell them!  You'll love the benefits and love you get in return!

So!  Who's up this morning?  What cha sippin' on?  I'm loving me some Maxwell House this morning.  Good to the last drop!  Gotta love it.

Y'all have a loving Tuesday!

For every Goliath, there is a Stone! His name is Jesus!"

I'm in the same boat -- 1 month out, down 39 pounds, AND READY TO KILL BABIES for a cup of REAL COFFEE!

I've tried more than 10 decafs...and the best of the worst is Aldi's house brand (Beaumont) and the decaf at Baker's Square and OCB (Royal Cup Buffet Blend decaf). Still searching for a GREAT cup of decaf...

The one thing that helped more than anything -- surprisingly -- was switching to an Aerobie AeroPress coffee press! I wouldn't have believed it until I tried it, but all the nasty bitter aftertaste of decaf coffee is eliminated by the AeroPress' fast 30-second brew time. Check it out online. They cost about $25 on eBay.

I'm drinking Starbucks Cafe Verona Decaf right now... Brewed regularly, it tasted like hot asphalt! Now...it's drinkable and pretty good tasting...with NO BITTERNESS at all.

My Doc and Nut say no caffeine until goal weight is reached...and they'd prefer I NEVER drink caffeine... Now that's harsh!

I've been sitting at Panera doing my IT helpdesk since 7am, only 8 more min to go, yay!  I've had water and I ordered a soufle thing that I've been nibling on all day.  Its pretty good and great for protein.
