Went shopping today and was shocked!!!
Way to go Mike... in about that same time frame I went from 48 down to 34.. could probably do 33 if they made them...?
Still have a bit of a gut over the belt, but it's shrinking too...
and the numbers thing is weird... just in how we all carry things differently. I'm in the 225-230 range at this point. I was 370+ at the 48s and still well over 300 in the 44s.
Went through my old clothes and had LOTS of 44 in waist stuff... was definally in that 320-325 range for the longest period over the years.

I am 5'11.5" and now at 235lbs, down from 425. I started at size 60 pants (tight) and 6X shirts (bulging).
I currently wear 38-40 pants and XL-2X shirts depending on the cut. Parts of my body are very lean now and other parts are droppy, saggy, and hideously disproportionate. Anyone every try out the Equmen compression shirts? I am thinking about getting one but at $110 a pop it is expensive to buy one just to see how they work. I have a lot of issues in the chest and sides and the lower belly having a lot of excess skin and I would like something to suck it in so I can fit in smaller clothes and not be self conscious of the skin rolls that I have.
Thanks

I wonder if the Under Armor compression shirts, made for those with rippling abs and such would help? Probably not near as much compression as the ones you mention... but they do come in white so wouldn't stand out really under a dress shirt, etc...?

Yea I have tried the Under Armor and no such luck - I didn't get the desired results. I got better results from a Jockey brand compression shirt. Just looking for something better than what I have and my Jockey shirts are too large on me now so I am in the process of looking for something better.
