Weird
guys any thoughts would be appreciated...
im about 3.5 months out have had really no issues and hunger was/has not been an issue, now though within the last week or so i have felt ravenous if thats how you spell it, basically i felt constantly hungry i have not changed any thing...
any sugestions please share i dont know what the deal is..

For me I don't get hungry. I get head hunger...crave stuff (bad stuff)...but I don't get hungry. What I do get is that not full feeling. For me in someways it can be harder than head hunger. That full feeling gives me a comfort I was looking for. The only way for me to resolve it (and not totally blow my eating pattern) is to eat a McDonald's Grilled Chicken Salad. I add a lot of my own vegetables and a vinaigrette dressing. Almost like how we would try and diet before. Just fill my pouch up with boring vegetables and extra water. Other people have said to up your protein. That may help too. Brian
ty brian for the reply im gonna try the protein deal up a little or maybe add an extra shake in during the day... i geuss this is probably a small glitch from my mind since this is usually around the time i used to fail in mu "diets" be4 i made the decision for rny my lifestyle change so i dunno i geuss this to shall pass... jus hearing feed back from fellow rnyers opens my mind to solutions thanx
I hit the protein route. Jerky, bars, and white tea. When I get head hunger, I reach for jerky or fluids FAST before I see a fat shack or 7/11. For me feeling full is a learning behavior. I found out that I can graze and screw up my calorie intake. If I prepare a small meal, I can leave portions on the plate and walk away. . So I try take prepared meals on the road. No grazing.

The head hunger ha**** me hard the last few weeks.. I am going back to shakes for a few days to get back on track. I haven't strayed, just alot of healthy grazing.. Well I cracked and found myself sitting in the drive in line at Sonic cause I was craving tater totts.. Those things are my crack.. I ordered them but after sitting in line a few minutes drove away without them.
