F.A.R.T.'s in Buffalo!!!

I'm back from my family reunion and I had so many F.A.R.T.'s up there they probably should have declared a smog alert for the whole Niagra Frontier.

At the reunion we were fashionably late and I had everyone telling me how great I looked. For many of them this is the smallest they have seen me in a LOT of years. I got no negative comments from anyone. It was great!!!

We got back yesterday and I had missed weighing myself Sunday, so I did it this morning expecting to have either gained a pound or stayed the same, but to my surprise I have lost another 3 pounds since last Sunday.

Sounds like a great time! I am hoping to get the same type of support from family in Dec

That wonderful smell of FARTs was floating down the Lake Erie coastline to the greater Cleveland area, where I am.

Did you get any of the "Well, you've lost all the weight now that you need to, right?  You look so much better now."  I'm starting to get that, and I have a bunch of pounds and inches to go!

No I didn't get any of that yet. I did get a lot of "What'd you do, leave half of you in Florida?"

We had a great time and even my Mom (86) who has alzhiemers and doesn't always know anyone told me I was looking much better now that I lost weight. Then 10 minutes later she asked me who I was. Gotta laugh because there is nothing else you can do.
