Just because you can, doesn't mean you should..
I don't dump on a lot of things other then sugar, so I avoid that as much as I can. I don't drink soda at all, I can drink an occasional beer....but I am so damn glad that I can drink Monster Lo Carb and Monster Java Lo Ball without a problem. I am so addicted to Monster Lo Carb (blue label only 20 cal and 6g of sugar/carbs) that I buy it wholesale from Sams club (only $30 for a 24 pack). That is my morning coffee. I can't seem to function right till I get one of those in me. But then I don't eat anything till like 6pm. I don't feel hungry so I don't eat. I haven't been getting my protein so I started drinking shakes again with 16oz of milk and 2 scoops of EAS (50g of protein from that alone). I also have been snacking on beef jerkey...very good in protein. I need to get out of the habit of going out to eat for supper with the wife.....her in law school now and our income cut in half cuz of that oughta fix that quick. I tried to have a burger at hooters yesterday but it was either that the burger wasn't cooked right or I dumped from it cuz I imidiately had to rush to the bathroom and throw it up. when the girl asked if everything was alright I said no, that the burger made me sick and I asked for a small side salad. They took the burger off of the bill at least.
