Exercise and Fittness Forum
Gentlemen, you should check out the Exercise and Fitness Forum. Great group of people on there. Really some inspirational and motivating stuff. Like us they've been in our shoes and know what we're going through. They've taken their WLS tool and are using it to it's fullest. They're doing things that are my longterm goals. Check it out if you haven't already.

Duane, It may not be wise to use the word gentlemen on this forum. Most of us consider ourselves a few notches above gentlemen or is it below need help on this fellows
Yea, I blew it today. went to gym with protein shake and great attitude and did weights for 1/2 hr and got an attitude and left to couch potato land and baseball. I can do that on Sunday right? Day or rest or something

Too funny, as I wrote this post I wondered if the word Gentlemen was correct but I opted to give everyone the benefit of a doubt....lol. Anyway, we all have those day's with working out like you just experienced. Some days I'm really psyched to workout and it just doesn't happen. Either I don't go to the gym or do cardio and if I do it's just so-so. Other days I may not really feel like working out and when I do I end up having an awesome workout. All that really matters is that you're doing something.
