If your not supposed to eat and drink at the same time

My surgeons have allowed me to sip with meals.  I think the problems come when people drink and flush food out of their system.  Then, they get hungry quickly and eat when they shouldn't.  Even though you say you don't have a pouch, I'm sure that one of the principles of success on your surgery is to reduce caloric intake at meals.  This can be sabotaged by having too much liquid with your meals in the early post op months.  It becomes less of a problem with time.  Still, I drink very little with my meals.

Thanks to an earlier post about blueberries, I'm using carb control yogurt with my Kashi.

lol thats why I bought the Kashi just could not remember what to do with it and which post it was..
