Liquid Intake ?

Hey Fellas, How long on the average does it take you to drink a 20oz bottle of water.  I think I am drinking too fast.  I can do 20oz of water in about 15min. 

I could probably drink a 20 oz in 15 min, but I stretch it out to 45 min to 1 hour.  If I've been working outside and not drinking, I might drink a 16 oz in 20 min.  The nutritionist told me it's more important to drink a little all day long and not get thirsty.
Powerade Zero is now on sale in my area - 79cents for a 32 oz.  I try to drink 2 of these a day.  The strawberry and the mixed berry are good.  Avoid the grape - taste terrible IMO.

I drink white SF tea, water, milk and G2 fruit punch flavor.  Sipping most of the day I can get in 60-80 oz by 7pm

At least , you are at twice too fast.  You are gonna stretch your pouch if you continue.
