A little inside track on the Iraqi army wanting  to detain US   solders. 
Fire fight broke out in Baghdad, US chased bad guys, stuff flying everywhere. Civies get killed. (no the difference bewteen a civie and an insurgent? when u do call God, then Obama, then Sec of Def.)
Anyway Iraqi army wants to detain our solders and state they comitted a criminal act.  US able to persuade Iraqi army to go away.  How? might u ask.  An expression of support from cobra gunships demonstrating accuracy of mini-guns.

Remember Mogadeshu,  Japan, Germany.  We thinned out the civilian gene pools for  centuries

Noting the time you posted this, I dare say that it seems a bit incoherent.  In my humble opinion, I would have just had our superior Air Force go in and bomb the hell out of Iraq a few years ago.  Yeah, I know that's not wise, but neither is sending foot shoulder in to areas where they can be easily picked off.  I kinda recall the American Revolutionary soldiers shooting from advantageous postitions rather than just going out in formation on a field of battle.--Yeah, I know I'm rambling and not making much sense.  My point is that I don't think your post makes much sense either.

I respect you and your opinions.  I just don't think you can explain such a complex situation in a couple of rambling paragraphs.

Well, I've been know to ramble and offer incoherent musings and tons of bull **** Comes with many years of wisdom, experience and a strong belief in "what are u gonna do about it"  attitude.  LOL  Hell guys, I dont even take myself seriously, why should you.
I was pissed, and I have friends in harms way.  And I got a posting on facebook of a bad guy holding a women while firing an AK from under her arm pit.  Needless to say both died that day

Dont know if you can remember the expression "kill them all and let God sort them out" back in the early 70's
