Three month anniversary!!
Monday was my three month anniversary and I am still having difficulty believing the changes that have happened!!!
1. My diabetes is gone. My blood sugar is in the normal range.
2. My cholesterol is in the normal range.
3. I no longer need my CPAP Machine. I don't snore.
4. I have lost 76 lbs so far. My BMI is down to 37. I've gone from morbidly obese to just obese in three month.
5. My waist size has gone down from a 56 to a looooose 48.
6. My shirt size is down from a XXXXXL to an XXL and I can buy them off the rack in a regular store!!!!
And last but definitely not least getting verticle with my wife has definitely gotten more often and better!!!!!!!
I also had my 3 month surgeon appointment and all my labs were excellant per the doctor.
My wife had been hounding me for about 3 years to have the surgery and like a hard headed fool I kept telling her no. I only wish I would have listened to her the first time.
