Seriously RNY guys... how much can you eat?
normally the most obnoxious thing I eat is a fiber bar, or a kashi bar, or a protien bar.
I occassionaly eat my kashi go lean with skim milk just because I'm a ceral addict.... but I keep it to a normal size bowl versus my old habit of filling a huge bowl and drowning it with almost a half a gallon of milk.
Once in a blue moon I'll have a very small portion of pasta (But that's maybe once or twice a weeks as opposed to a few times a day)
I get 75-100 grams of protein a day
I get 64+ oz of water a day
my flaw has come at the expense of knowing I don't dump... I've tasted things that I know I really shouldn't have (a cookie at a party... but again 1 cookie versus 1 full plate of desserts)
Today we're having a carry in at work and from the looks of the list I'll be able to stick with veggies and fruits.
I don't wan to go back to my old ways... but at the same time I don't want to be stuck in a box all my life where I'm perpetually dieting and not able to enjoy "unhealthy" things once in a while (as opposed to every hour on the hour)
Heck, I've found that if I eat more I end up loosing more... I still scratch my head on that one
You're remaining conscious of what yer putting in your mouth, and making choices, and more to the point "good" choices.
There are gonna be times where you slide back... I think I had one today where I ate too much popcorn at the movie. So... it's adjusting what I do tonight... a bit more exercise maybe, and some tuna steak (high protein, low fat) tonight for dinner.

OH yea... maybe it's finding that point where your body is getting less than it expends, but not soooo much less it thinks you're starving and it starts hoarding/storing fat?
