Monday Coffee Talk

Good Monday morning everyone!  I overslept this morning.  Storm swept through here last night and the clocks were blinking.  We have 1/2 a tree down in our front yard.  It was one of our Bradford Pears too.  And to know that I slept through all of this.  WOW!  LOL  I'm up now though and enjoying my coffee.

Our challenge for today is to guard your hearts.  Whatever you let in your heart can damage your spirit.  Just like what you eat can physically damage your heart over time, the garbage you allow in your heart, will damage you over time.  If it is hatred, evil, worry, jealousy, all of these, if allowed to live in your heart, will hurt you over time.  Guard your heart.  Only let love and goodness in.  I challenge you today!

So, who's up?  What cha sippin' on?  Me?  I'm enjoying some awesome Cinnamon Vanilla coffee and it sure is good.  Lucy has gotten out the door on her way to work with her cup in hand.

Y'all have a wonderful Monday!

You are one consistent and inspiring, long-suffering patient dude.

You were a stable on this board when I first joined back in 06. You dealt with a lot of heartache and hardships along the way but hung in there and thngs have worked out for you in some areas.

I got a little down after my support group died out and a hip injury stifled my exercising.  I dropped off the Mens Board, then eventually OH altogether for a while.  After lurking for a couple of months to see who is still out here and finally wanting to post replys (membership needed to do that) I rejoined.  And you are still here, and still posting your inspirational thought of the day.

Thanks for being a something folks can hang on to and depend on.  You are one heck of a guy!

WOW!  Look at you!  I almost did not recognize you!  We all get down and we all go through things in life.  If there is one thing that I have learned, it is to FIGHT!  If we can fight and remain, then we can make it.  I sure have been knocked down, but we gotta get right back up and ready for the next blow and hope that WE are the ones THOWING the blow!  Thank you for your kind words.  I'm just me man.  Just me.  It sure is good to see you back.  PLEASE keep posting and coming back.  The men's forum needs you and ALL of OH needs you!!
