I started off just eating the yogurt and cereal together then added the flax seed for the fiber and omega 3's. Then thought that a little apple sauce might be good and then later threw in some blueberries. I have a high tolerance for sugar. If 16.5 is to much then leaving out the apple sauce cuts that in half and reduces the carbs as well and you still get the fiber and protein.
