problem is no energy, Wife had VSG 6 mos ago & she had a big increase in energy level after a cupple weeks.Thought I was gonna have to kill her, always zooming around the house doin' stuff.

Now my brain wants to but my body  won't co-operate.

Any thoughts?

See your doctor and have your B12 and Iron checked. Mak sure you are getting enough water and protein also.

It took me 5-6 weeks to get back to full speed.  May take patience ... or at least a call to the doc.

Didn't have the VSG but I had RNY and it took me close to 2 months to catch up and feel "normal". Like the rest have said I'd have iron levels and such checked. Maybe try to up your protein too.

No ideas...well maybe one...but a real long shot.  Lack of sodium or potassium.  I would add a small amount of salt to your diet.  You might want to have some of these things (high in potassium).  None of these things should hurt you, and can only help you.  Things high in potassium; oranges, tomatoes, raisins, spinach, lima beans (Wendy's Chili...I add cheese to mine), bananas, yogurt, broccoli.  Add some salt to your veggies.  I too hit the wall at about 3 weeks.  Would try and grab for energy and it just wasn't there.  Before we could garb a candybar for that energy.  Even a candybar or soft drink won't do it now.  Remember you are losing maybe 1 1/2 pounds a day!!  It really takes it out of you.  Brian  PS  After awhile the energy came back with more to spare...
