Sorry to enter the Man Cave but my friend needs some manly advice.

Almost anything that you purchase that is too big in the neck can be tailored. Shop around there is stuff out there to fit him... Try the Internet.. The casual male might be a good place to start but, Im not sure how large they go... I shopped there till I got to be a 56 waist thats not the largest they Carry but, not sure what the top is for them.
