Not really a FART but....

I was at home depot today to pick up some salt for our water softener. We usually buy the 60 pound bags. As I was carrying the bags into the garage I realized that I have lost more than that bag weighs. No wonder I was so sluggish and tired carrying that much weight around. What an eye opener.

Geez, Mike, I think that falls under the category of FART.  Big time!

same thing at H/D for me,  I picked up a  60lb bag and FART, I had lost more than the bag weighed.  Tossed that puppy over my sholder and felt 10 yrs younger.  I remember the guys on the crews always taking the loads.  Dont want the old pork belly  falling dead of a HA and miss the pay checks.   guys I'am back
Good luck

Mike,
This is a huge FART! Congrats buddy this is what it's all about. Being able to live a normal life unrestricted or burdened by our weight. Way to go, guy!
