THIS IS THE LAST WEEK

Well guys this is the last week before i get to join all on the LOSERS BENCH this next Monday July 6th at high noon! I am actually getting excited to get going. Since i have no restrictions on what to eat this week, i plan  to celebrate my birthday a month early so i can get my cake and ice cream in. I know that alot of thinking/praying and thoughts have went into this and know that the end results will be better health.

Before my surgery I did not have any eating restrictions and I had a tour of food week.  I know it was not good for me, but it was my goodbye party.

thats what i am doing   a food tour week...no restrictions until day before.....too thinking good bye for awhile on SOME THINGS....some never again!

i am shooting for Wednesday night. i am running the show in the office this week and hope no one wants to start something right before i go home! ha ha.......DQ?   man are you a sick one....i dont eat there as the one in Martinsville is dirty and the ice cream doesnt taste like it did 45 years ago! ha
