Praying to the porcelain good lol, but really its the only problem I have. It has all has been good really like one hell of ride so far was weighing 368 when started this journey was 350 when hit the cutting table had chronic back pain a bad leg from bike wreck two years ago it was impact break at the knee 27 pieces had steel plate put in and twelve screws , thought normal life was over after 6 months in wheel chair then the recovery was going now where due to the weight so to me this surgery pulled me back from a life of pain today weigh 225 been told look 180 and feel great can run two miles and clothes fit like when I was 180 haven’t figure that one out yet think maybe lose skin and the new metal hardware in my leg maybe part of the weight and size diff but not certain have been hitting the gym hard, don’t really care if I get any lighter just want to get more toned I am size 34 pants so I am good with that and large shirts same as college days just want my bulk back so I have become gym rat lately, well thanx to the guys that have already answer some questions I posted already an nice to meet everyone .
I applaud your success and I'm glad that you are posting here. I hope you continue to post. It's amazing the affect that losing weight has on our bones. Just when you think nothing can be done because of your weight, you lose weight and become mobile. Ah, another gym rat. Just don't rush yourself. Train. I know some men do cardio and strength training on alternate days. This is also a good time of the year to be getting in the water whether it be in a pool, a lake, or an ocean. Just walking in water with it's buoyancy gives a decent workout to those of us who have trouble walking on dry land.
Thx yep it do feel good and its supprising how easy it was to take eating stress and switch to the gym lol, well thx for the tip on water just visited the local ymca yeasterday to check them out hate giving up my 10 dollar month planet fitness membership but really have outgrown them and its almost impossible to get to the free weights all the kids have them tied up so have diceded on theYMCA can use the pool for laps form 6 to 8 in morning and have nice clean pretty much anthing you want place that will help me keep changing up my routine so thx it will run 83 month no sign up fee at moment for family and with planet fitness with all the family it cost 50 so not to bad for what I end up getting .

It is no use saying "we are doing our best." You have got to succeed in doing what is necessary.
