Three Month Surgiversary!
Well I am three months out today and I am down about 70 pounds. I am finally starting to feel like myself again. Eating is getting better although I would not be surprised to have to get one more EGD before I am done. Went to my PCP today and my A1c went from 8.3 to 6.6 and in the end that is what this is all about. I have not had an A1c below 7.8 for almost twenty years. I will see my surgeon next week and get the results on nutrition.

For the most part I feel good. I am way behind my goals as far as exercise goes due to the stricture problems and geting my calories up to where they will sustain muscle growth. My upper body strength is appalling. Hopefully over the next three months I will be able to turn that around and make some serious muscle gains.
